VIROGLOBAL 2026

VIROGLOBAL 2026 will be jointly organised by two of India’s foremost virology institutions, Manipal Institute of Virology (MIV), Manipal, and the ICMR-National Institute of Virology (NIV), Pune. MIV has established national leadership in the diagnosis of viral infections, outbreak investigation, and laboratory and field-based surveillance, with expertise in respiratory, emerging, and zoonotic viruses. VIROGLOBAL 2026 will serve as a platform for connecting researchers, clinicians, public health professionals, and industry partners. The conference will facilitate exchange on emerging viral threats, advances in genomics, diagnostics, vaccines, and therapeutics, and their translation into effective preparedness and response strategies. The Pre-Conference Workshop will be held on 15 April 2026.
